The Behavior Change is hiring a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an active in-home ABA case with a 6-year-old boy in Houston, TX 77327.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Pay: $23–$25/hour
Setting: In-home
Language: Spanish-speaking required
Insurance: Medicaid
The RBT will provide consistent 1:1 ABA services under BCBA supervision, implement the client’s individualized treatment plan, collect session data, work on assigned skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction goals, and maintain consistent communication with the supervising clinical team.
We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable RBT who can consistently commit to the afternoon schedule and build a positive therapeutic relationship with the client and family.
